Entering the building involves a pin code that's not easy to remember, especially in the dark. Noise from doors slamming and other guests played a part in disturbed sleep, and the TV was reported as dysfunctional during some stays.

Clean, comfortable twin suite, good location for exploring the city, being just a 10-minute walk from Sefton Park which is perfect for leisurely strolls and easy access to buses heading into central attractions.

I was pleasantly surprised by how cozy the room felt, especially with the big comfy bed and a lovely view from the window. There were nice spots to relax like a charming little terrace and a cozy lounge area. The only downside was that the coffee could’ve been better, but overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! ☕️

The low water pressure in the shower was quite frustrating, and I didn't feel comfortable because I had to secure the door with a chair after finding old check-in information that raised safety concerns.
